ALCIMED carries out two types of missions: the first is marketing assignments including market and positioning research, the brokering of partnership agreements, the exploitation of industrial technologies and capacities, and the formulation of marketing strategies and product claims. The second is corporate missions covering wider issues of business development, diversification and adaptation to threats.
