In 1993, Alcimed was born, with the vocation to explore and develop the unknown lands of its customers. In almost 30 years, more than 200 explorers have joined our adventure. Distributed in our 8 offices (in France, Europe, Singapore and the USA), we accompany daily the industrialists to help them innovate and create new business.
Our dream? To build a team of 1000 explorers. And because our journey is accelerating, we are now looking for a Business Developer to participate in the development of Alcimed’s Cosmetics & Luxury business.
WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY?
Alcimed’s Cosmetics & Luxury team accompanies the industrial leaders of these sectors (cosmetics manufacturers, luxury actors, suppliers, …) in the exploration and development of their unknown lands.
YOUR MISSIONS ?
As a Business Developer, you will join the team with the objective of winning and retaining new customers. Your objective is to become, in the short to medium term, a Business Unit Manager, for which you will recruit and manage the team (consultant and project manager).
Your missions will consist of :
- Create and develop your portfolio of clients and prospects
- Meet with high level decision makers (Innovation Director, R&D, Marketing, …)
- Drawing up tailor-made commercial proposals
- Be the interface between your clients and the project teams
- Ensure the follow-up of the missions internally
- Develop the skills and know-how of the team
To carry out your missions, you work hand in hand with the team members, and in particular with the Cosmetics & Luxury Business Managers.
YOUR PROFILE ?
With a 5-year degree (engineering and/or business school), you have an entrepreneurial spirit and a taste for both innovation and sales.
You wish to evolve in a managerial position
You are fluent in French and English
Qualities sought: surpassing yourself – excellent interpersonal skills – taste for the cosmetics and luxury sectors, mobility – rigor – autonomy – leadership – taste for teamwork.
Permanent contract to be filled as soon as possible – Position based in Paris.
