Distributed in our 8 base camps in France, Europe, Singapore and the USA, we accompany industrialists on a daily basis to help them innovate and create new business.

Our ambition? To build a team of 1000 explorers. But a journey of a thousand miles always begins with a first step, and that first step may be you!

With 200 employees, we are located in France, Europe, the United States and Singapore.

Your missions

You will be in charge of the classic tasks of assistance and facilitate the internal administrative management of 2 Business Units :

  • Management of invoicing,
  • Follow-up of activity figures,
  • Organization of agendas and travel,
  • Management of expense reports,
  • Follow-up of employees,
  • Recruitment assistance, etc.

You will also play an active role in the commercial activity (making appointments, helping to draw up commercial proposals, etc.) and in the life of the office (organization of events, etc.).

You may be required to work on certain customer projects.

Your profile :

2/4 years of higher education in management, accounting or assistantship. Type BTS Assistant manager or Assistant of management/ Licence pro management and licence of economic and social administration
Perfect command of Office (XLS, WORD, PPT), professional English.
Desired qualities: Dynamism, taste for figures, organization, proactivity, sense of service.

Full-time permanent contract to be filled as soon as possible
