In 1993, Alcimed was born, with the vocation to explore and develop unknown lands. In 25 years, more than 200 explorers have joined our adventure. Distributed in our 8 base camps in France, Europe, Singapore and the USA, we accompany industrialists on a daily basis to help them innovate and create new business.
Our dream? To build a team of 1000 explorers. And because our journey is accelerating, we are now looking for a Project Manager to take charge of the team’s development.

YOUR MISSIONS
In order to support the development of ALCIMED, we are recruiting a Project Manager.
You will recruit your team of consultants, manage them and develop their skills by supervising them in the realization of consulting missions;
You contribute to the development of ALCIMED’s business volume, in connection with the Business Development Managers, by bringing your methodological creativity to the tailor-made projects proposed to our clients;
You ensure the quality of our achievements and the satisfaction of our customers;
As the right-hand man of your clients (Innovation, R&D, Strategy or Marketing Directors), you work on the most advanced issues related to innovation and new market development.
YOUR PROFILE
At least 5 years of higher education, you have an engineering degree or a PhD, a Specialized Master’s degree (marketing, innovation management) would be a plus
You have at least 4 years of professional experience in consulting;
You are passionate about science, new technologies and innovation marketing;
You are passionate about science, new technologies and innovation marketing; You have a sense of customer satisfaction and excellent interpersonal skills;
You wish to evolve in a managerial and project management position with a high degree of autonomy;
You are appreciated for your curiosity, your team spirit and your leadership qualities;
You are fluent in French and English
